策划人语:课堂规则的重建,在很大程度上就是文化的重构,也是理念的建构与转变。课堂规则应淡化控制、规范,强调尊重学生、促进学生发展的育人功能,在保证教学秩序的同时,活跃课堂,让课堂从安静有序变为热闹有序。为此,尊重学生身心发展规律,基于学生理解和欣赏的实际,与学生共商共建等人文化、柔性化的原则就成为课堂规则重建的行动方向。
Planning language: the reconstruction of classroom rules, to a large extent, is the reconstruction of culture, but also the construction and transformation of ideas. Classroom rules should dilute the control, norms, emphasizing respect for students, promote the development of student education function, while ensuring teaching order, active classroom, so that the classroom from quiet and orderly become lively and orderly.
