落球回弹仪的研究成功,为测试软质泡沫塑料特性的重要参数一回弹率提供了现代化的测试仪器。结束了人眼观测、手工计算的时代,极大的减轻了劳动强度,提高了测试精度和自动化程度。由于该仪器采用了计算机等新技术和新颖的测试方法,因而获得了国家专利。本文拟从设计思想、误差分析与检测方法以及影响落球回弹仪测试精度的关键部分一时测电路的设计等做比较全面的介绍。
The success of the ball-drop-hammer technology has provided a modern test instrument for testing a rebound rate, an important parameter in the properties of a flexible foam. The end of the human eye observation, manual computing era, greatly reducing the labor intensity and improve the test accuracy and automation. As the instrument uses new technologies such as computers and novel test methods, which won the national patent. This article intends to make a more comprehensive introduction from the design ideas, error analysis and detection methods, as well as the design of the key part of the test circuit that affects the accuracy of ballistic rebound testing.
