现代医学认为肿瘤的发病可能是细胞免疫功能低下、免疫监视功能减弱,不能及时清除突变细胞而造成其大量增生成为优势克隆的结果。当肿瘤发生后,细胞免疫功能的下降与疾病的状态、病情的进展之间有无关系,如与肿瘤细胞的负荷及化疗药物的使用等有什么关系,还需进一步探讨,为此本室应用APAAP免疫酶标法检测了62例白血病患者外周血的T淋巴细胞亚群。 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例选择:62例白血病为本科1994~1996年收治的住院病人,经骨髓细胞及常规组化检查而确诊,急性白血病均符合FAB协作组制定的诊
Modern medicine believes that the onset of cancer may be due to the low cellular immune function and weakened immune surveillance function. It is impossible to remove mutant cells in time and cause massive proliferation to become the result of dominant clones. After the tumor has developed, there is a relationship between the decline in cellular immune function and the state of the disease and the progression of the disease. If there is a relationship between the load of tumor cells and the use of chemotherapy drugs, further research is needed. The APAAP immunoenzymatic method was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood from 62 patients with leukemia. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Case selection: 62 patients with leukemia were admitted to the hospital from 1994 to 1996. They were diagnosed by bone marrow cells and routine histochemical examination. All acute leukemias met the criteria set by the FAB collaboration group.
