为了优化臭氧/生物活性炭深度处理工艺,对活性炭中的微生物生长状况及对有机物的去除效果进行了研究。结果表明,水温是影响微生物生长的重要因素,当炭滤池运行到第240~270天时,活性炭表面已形成稳定的生物膜,稳定的生物膜对有机物的去除率明显提高,对CODMn、UV254、BDOC的平均去除率分别为70%、90%、85%。通过扫描电镜观察,运行210 d的炭样表面生长了大量微生物及代谢产物,出现了致密的菌胶团。
In order to optimize the deep treatment process of ozone / biological activated carbon, the growth of microorganisms in activated carbon and the removal of organic matter were studied. The results showed that water temperature was an important factor affecting the growth of microorganisms. When the carbon filter was operated for 240 to 270 days, a stable biofilm was formed on the surface of the activated carbon. The removal rate of organic matter by the biofilm was significantly increased. The CODMn, UV254, The average removal rates of BDOC were 70%, 90% and 85% respectively. Through scanning electron microscopy, a large number of microorganisms and metabolites were grown on the carbon-like surface for 210 days of operation, and a dense bacterial micelle appeared.
