东南亚国家的金融风波,不但使泰国、马来西亚等国的经济遭受了一次重大的灾难性打击,而且引发了全球性的股票指数暴跌。关于此次国际性金融危机的原因众说纷经,而其主要内因之一就在于房地产开发过热所形成的泡沫经济。尤其值得一提的是,金融危机的影响是全面性的,稍一不慎就会酿成全球性的经济危机。因此,我们必须关注经济生活中的泡沫经济现象,从而得以在大力发展房地产业与股票市场的同时,尽可能地将其负面影响降至最低。
The financial turmoil in Southeast Asian countries not only caused a major catastrophic blow to the economies of Thailand, Malaysia and other countries, but also triggered a plunge in the global stock index. There are many reasons for the international financial crisis, and one of the major internal causes lies in the bubble economy formed by the overheated real estate development. In particular, it is worth mentioning that the impact of the financial crisis is comprehensive and slightest mistake will lead to a global economic crisis. Therefore, we must pay attention to the bubble economy phenomenon in economic life so as to minimize its negative impact as much as possible while vigorously developing the real estate industry and the stock market.
