在矿山的生产过程中,有不少中、小型低压电动机,经常是无人看管的,如局扇、水泵等,往往由于熔丝熔断一相,电缆被砸或烧断一相,磁力起动器或接触器一相接触不良等多方面的因素,造成电机单相运转,烧毁电机。就我矿而言,因单相运转烧毁的电机,约占整个损坏总数的75%以上。为了解决这个问题,我们参考有关资料,作了一些工作,现将我们运用比较成熟的两种低压电机单相运转保护方案介绍如下:
