海湾扇贝人工育苗已五年有余,我国北方辽宁,山东沿海地区已实现大面积养殖。人工育苗技术也日趋完善,单位水体出苗量从几万发展到几十万甚至上百万。但是,稚贝出池后的海区中间暂养技术仍不够成熟,常出现大量逃苗及死亡现象,保苗率往往只有10~20%,甚至更低。如何提高稚贝在海区暂养的保苗率,已成为当前苗种生产急待解决的重要课题。为此,我们在四年的育苗及养殖技术研究过程中,对如何提高保苗率,加速暂养过程中的生长速度进行了
