通过对钛合金立式离心场下熔体充填和凝固过程的研究发现,铸型的转速对熔体的充填及凝固有很大的影响。在充填过程中,适当的铸型转速有利于合金熔体充填量的增加,但是过高的铸型转速将导致熔体充填量的降低。当合金熔体充满铸型后,增加铸型转速,有利于减少铸件缺陷,提高铸件组织致密度。通过理论推导建立了熔体充填过程中最高转速判据,同时根据Darcy定律,建立了立式离心场下,防止钛合金铸件缩松形成的最低转速判据。
Through the research on the melt filling and solidification process in the vertical centrifugal field of titanium alloy, it is found that the rotation speed of the mold has a great influence on the filling and solidification of the melt. In the filling process, the appropriate mold speed is conducive to increase the alloy melt filling, but too high mold speed will result in a decrease in melt filling. When the alloy melt filled mold, increase the mold speed, is conducive to reducing casting defects and improve the density of the castings. According to Darcy’s law, the criterion of the minimum speed for preventing the formation of the shrinkage of titanium alloy castings under the vertical centrifugal field was established.
