用MoCl_2(OC_8H_(17))_2-Et_2AlOC_6H_5为二元催化体系,加氢汽油为聚合溶剂,研究了多种因素对丁二烯聚合的影响,并用红外光谱法测定了聚合产物的微观结构。试验结果表明,在主、助催化剂的摩尔比为10,主催化剂与丁二烯的摩尔比为2.0×10~4,聚合温度为50℃,反应7小时的条件下,丁二烯的转化率可达80%以上,聚合物的1,2-链节含量约为85%,属于出乙烯基聚丁二烯。
The influence of many factors on the polymerization of butadiene was studied with MoCl_2 (OC_8H_ (17)) _2-Et_2AlOC_6H_5 as binary catalyst system and hydrogenated gasoline as polymerization solvent. The microstructure of the polymerization product was determined by infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results show that under the condition of a molar ratio of the main catalyst to the cocatalyst of 10, a molar ratio of the main catalyst to the butadiene of 2.0 × 10 -4, a polymerization temperature of 50 ° C. and a reaction time of 7 hours, the conversion of butadiene Up to 80% or more, the content of 1,2-linkages of the polymer is about 85%, belonging to a vinyl polybutadiene.
