第四讲严格执法,把广告管理纳入法制化轨道徒法不足以自行,广告法颁布了,必须认真实施,不然将成为一纸空文,因此要采取得力的措施,严格执法,真正把广告管理纳入法制化轨道。就目前而言,要注重抓好以下几方面的工作。1 严肃认真地进行广告审查广告法第四章专门就广告审查做了规定。按照广告法的规定,依法应予审查的广告包括两类:一是药品、医疗器械、农药、兽药广告;二是法律、行政法规规定应当进行审查的其他广告。凡在广播、电影、电视、报纸、期刊以及其他传播媒介上发布上述两类广告,事前都必须经过这些特种商品或服务的有关行政主管部门审查,如药品广告应经过卫生部门审查,农药广告应经过农业部门审查.在广告法颁布以前,有关法规也规定对广告要进
