团队跨界行为既是组织行为学研究的热点又是重要的现实问题,深入理解团队跨界行为是提高团队效能的必要前提。本文对有关团队跨界行为的已有研究进行了系统回顾,对跨界行为的概念及其测量、跨界行为的主要研究视角以及前因和结果研究进行了梳理,并对未来相关研究的发展方向进行了展望,以期为有效管理团队跨界行为提供理论依据。
Team cross-border behavior is not only a hot topic but also an important realistic issue in organizational behavior research. A thorough understanding of team cross-border behavior is a necessary prerequisite for improving team effectiveness. This article systematically reviews the existing research on cross-border behavior of teams and reviews the concepts of cross-border behavior and its measurement, the main research perspectives on transboundary behavior, and the antecedents and the results of the study, and further studies the development of related research The direction has been prospected, in order to provide a theoretical basis for effective management of team cross-border behavior.
