传统的水平推力传递装置无法自动适应推力杆长度的变化,预加推力或使用千斤顶调整推力会使装置变得复杂或使被推结构产生附加内力。从主动适应变形的角度出发提出一种自适应水平推力控制技术,在保持推力杆推力稳定的同时自动适应由收缩、徐变或温度等因素引起的推力杆长度的变化,并对该技术的原理和设计方法进行了详细的讨论。在纬一桥的应用实例表明:自适应水平推力控制技术可以克服传统水平推力传递装置的上述不足。该技术无需千斤顶等外部设备,可适用于永久性结构。
Conventional horizontal thrust transfer devices do not automatically adapt to changes in the length of the thrust rod. Pre-thrusting or using jacks to adjust thrust can complicate the device or create additional internal forces on the thrust structure. In this paper, an adaptive horizontal thrust control technology is proposed from the point of view of proactive adaptation, which can automatically adapt to the change of the length of the thrust rod caused by factors such as shrinkage, creep or temperature while keeping the thrust of the thrust rod stable. And design methods were discussed in detail. The application example of Wei-qi bridge shows that the adaptive horizontal thrust control technology can overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings of the traditional horizontal thrust transmission device. This technology eliminates the need for external equipment such as jacks and can be applied to permanent structures.
