20世纪 3 0年代的宪政运动由于其独特的国内外政治环境而具有深远的影响 ,同时也是目前中国宪政史研究中的一个薄弱环节。通过对自由主义知识分子在这个时期提出的宪政主张进行较为全面的概括和分析 ,来探究他们对于本次宪政运动的影响和推动作用。
The constitutional movement of the 1930s has a far-reaching impact due to its unique domestic and international political environment. It is also a weak link in the study of constitutional history in China at the present time. Through a more comprehensive summary and analysis of the constitutionalist ideas put forward by liberal intellectuals during this period, we can explore their influence and promotion on this constitutional movement.
