杭州作为中国最适合休闲旅游的城市之一,其显著的综合优势在国内城市绝无仅有,在世界上也不多见,安全具备发展休闲旅游产业的条件:从区位条件上看,杭州休闲旅游与国内外其他地区有着极大的互补性。从休闲资源、场所和设施上看,杭州具备休闲旅游产业发展的基本条件。从人文历史上看,杭州具有休闲的“灵魂”——休闲文化。杭州的经济发展、社会进步,为21世纪经济的发展奠定了物质基础。超前的休闲意识和旺盛的消费能力是休闲产业发展的现实基础。
As one of the most suitable cities for leisure and tourism in China, Hangzhou has obvious comprehensive advantages unique in domestic cities and rare in the world. It possesses the conditions for developing leisure tourism industry. From the perspective of location, Outside the rest of the world has a great complementarity.
