本文采用ＩＲＭＡ测定昆明地区１０４例新生儿脐血与足跟血的纸片ＴＳＨ值，并进行对比分析。结果表明：脐血ＴＳＨ与足跟血ＴＳＨ有显著性差异，脐血ＴＳＨ与足跟血ＴＳＨ上限临界值分别为５．９９ｍＩｕ／Ｌ、３．１１ｍＩｕ／Ｌ。两者均可作为新生儿甲低筛查的指标。
In this paper, 104 cases of neonatal umbilical cord blood and heel blood of the TSH value determination of Kunming area by IRMA, and comparative analysis. The results showed that the TSH of umbilical blood and heel blood TSH were significantly different. The critical values of TSH and umbilical cord blood TSH were 5.99 mIu / L and 3.11 mIu / L, respectively. Both can be used as an indicator of neonatal hypothyroidism.
