目的:探讨血管紧张素原((Angiotensinogen,AGT)基因M235T和T174M多态性与原发性高血压及脑梗死发生的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)对82例脑梗死患者、78例原发性高血压患者及82例人群对照进行AGT基因M235T和T174M多态性分析。结果:AGT M235T和T174M多态性在原发性高血压组与正常对照组分布有显著相差异(χ2=25.165,p=0.001<0.05;χ2=3.955,p=0.047<0.05),其中原发性高血压组235T T基因型频率为57.69%,高于人群对照组,而174MT+MM基因型频率为14.10%,低于人群对照组26.83%;脑梗死组与人群对照组M235T多态性分布也有显著性差异(χ2=25.165,p=0.001<0.05),235T T基因型频率在脑梗死组为53.66%,高于人群对照组。而T174M多态性在脑梗死组与人群对照组之间分布无显著性差异。结论:M235T和T174M多态性与原发性高血压发生相关,M235T多态性与脑梗死发生相关。g
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the M235T and T174M polymorphisms of angiotensinogen (AGT) gene and the occurrence of essential hypertension and cerebral infarction.Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) were used to analyze AGT M235T and T174M polymorphisms in 82 patients with cerebral infarction, 78 patients with essential hypertension and 82 controls.Results: The AGT M235T and T174M polymorphisms were highly expressed in primary hypermethylation There was significant difference between the blood pressure group and the normal control group (χ2 = 25.165, p = 0.001 <0.05; χ2 = 3.955, p = 0.047 <0.05). The 235T T genotype frequency in the essential hypertension group was 57.69% While the frequency of 174MT + MM genotype was 14.10%, which was lower than 26.83% of control group. There was also a significant difference in M235T polymorphism between cerebral infarction group and control group (χ2 = 25.165, p = 0.001 <0.05) ), The frequency of 235T T genotype was 53.66% in cerebral infarction group, which was higher than that in population control group, while there was no significant difference in T174M polymorphism between cerebral infarction group and control group.Conclusion: The M235T and T174M polymorphisms With the occurrence of essential hypertension, M235T polymorphism associated with cerebral infarction.G
