研究了Ti_3Al合金在800、850、900℃的高温氧化行为,分析了不同温度下的氧化动力学曲线。采用XRD、SEM和EDS研究了氧化层相结构、显微组织及形貌。结果表明,随氧化温度和时间的增加,氧化增重明显,该合金氧化产物主要由TiO_2和Al_2O_3组成。
The oxidation behavior of Ti_3Al alloy at 800, 850 and 900 ℃ was studied. The oxidation kinetics curves of Ti_3Al alloy at different temperatures were analyzed. The phase structure, microstructure and morphology of the oxide layer were investigated by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that with the increase of oxidation temperature and time, the oxidation weight gain is obvious. The oxidation products of the alloy mainly consist of TiO_2 and Al_2O_3.
