石油磺酸盐是20世纪60年代开发出来的价格低、效率高的三次采油产品,价格低廉,表面活性高,是三次采油中应用最为广泛的表面活性剂。然而,生产石油磺酸盐的原材料是洗涤剂行业的副产品,性能不稳定,不能满足稳定驱油的需要,必须对其进行分离,找出其中的主要活性组分,为将来的三次采油表面活性荆的工业化提供发展方向。目前,对石油磺酸盐的合成、表征、性能已有较深入研究,但是由于石油磺酸盐的组成、结构十分复杂,对其结构的研究还很少。为了提高驱油效率,无论是进行实验室合成或工业生产、驱油配方研究、模拟驱油试验还是现场驱油试验,都需要建立石油磺酸盐的分离分析方法。
Petroleum sulfonate is a low-cost, high-efficiency tertiary oil product developed in the 1960s. Its low cost and high surface activity make it the most widely used surfactant in tertiary oil recovery. However, the raw material for the production of petroleum sulfonate is a byproduct of the detergent industry. Its performance is not stable and can not meet the requirement of stable oil displacement. It must be separated to find the main active component therein for the future tertiary recovery Jing’s industrialization provides the direction of development. At present, the synthesis, characterization and performance of petroleum sulfonate have been studied in more depth. However, the structure of petroleum sulfonate is very complicated, and its structure has not been studied yet. In order to improve oil displacement efficiency, it is necessary to establish a petroleum sulfonate separation and analysis method for laboratory synthesis or industrial production, flooding formulation research, simulated flooding test or field flooding test.
