随着十七届六中全会对文化体制的改革,全社会掀起文化建设的浪潮,作为社会主义文化事业单位的档案部门理应承担起传播文化的责任。本文主要针对历史档案的文化价值,以北京档案馆为例,体现其保留传统文化、提供品德教育的作用。并根据北京档案馆对历史档案的利用形式,为其他档案部门文化利用提供参考和建议。
As the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee on the reform of the cultural system, the whole society set off a wave of cultural construction, as the socialist cultural institutions file department should assume the responsibility of disseminating culture. This article mainly aims at the cultural value of historical archives. Taking the Beijing Archives as an example, this article shows its function of preserving traditional culture and providing moral education. According to the use of historical archives by the Beijing Archives, it provides reference and suggestions for the cultural utilization of other archival departments.
