城市文化建设对于合理整合城市资源,提升城市形象,发展城市旅游,提高城市知名度,具有十分重要的意义。英语在旅游软环境的建设中又起着重要的作用。城市文化建设应当充分利用本土的优势,具有本土的特色。国际文化城市的建设应当将英语和城市文化建设结合起来,这样才能早日将秦皇岛打造成“国际旅游名城”。
The construction of urban culture is of great significance for the rational integration of urban resources, promotion of urban image, development of urban tourism and improvement of urban reputation. English plays an important role in the construction of tourism soft environment. The construction of urban culture should make full use of local advantages and have local characteristics. The construction of an international cultural city should combine English with the construction of urban culture so as to make Qinhuangdao an “international tourist city” as soon as possible.
