企业文化是现代企业不可缺少的内容,它全面而细致地渗透在企业活动的方方面面,并随着企业的发展而发展。企业文化热潮的兴起,是管理思想和观念发展到一定阶段的一种反思和飞跃。现阶段中国企业的成长面临文化瓶颈,企业文化重生的需求已经产生,本文将尝试从新的角度论述中国企业文化面临的问题,并试图从咨询公司的角度论述解决这些问题的思路和方法。
Corporate culture is an indispensable part of modern enterprises. It permeates all aspects of business activities in a comprehensive and meticulous manner and develops with the development of enterprises. The rise of the boom of corporate culture is a reflection and leap forward in the development of management thoughts and concepts to a certain stage.
