实验已证明,血清胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的升高及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的降低是动脉粥样硬化、冠心病和脑血管疾病的重要致病因素,众多的临床试验证实,有效的调脂治疗不管作为心脑血管病的一级或二级预防治疗,都可明显降低心脑血管疾病的发生率和死亡率,改善冠心病患者介入治疗的预后。尽管他汀类药物在冠心病防治中的地位已得到肯定,但在临床应用过程中仍有不足之处,故临床当中应注意以下几方面问题。
