高等音乐院校教育实习是音乐教育专业一个重要组成部分和实践环节,它是将知识技能转化为实践能力的一座桥梁,也是学生毕业后能尽快适应实际工作需要的重要教学环节;是一门综合各科知识技能和教育教学理论的实践课。它给即将走上工作岗位的学生们积累必要的实践经验和心理准备。其目的是通过有计划的观摩、见习、实习等综合实践活动,使学生将学会的专业知识和基本技能综合运用于教育教学实践,从而提高从事教育教学工作的能力与水平。同时,由于它的实践性和可操作性,对学生所学知识的掌握程度和应用能力,以及学校课程结构和内容的合理性,都能通过它直接或间接的反映出来。本文主要讨论实习生在教学实践过程中面临突发事件的操作策略,希望对对初登讲台的实习生有一定的启示和帮助。
