沙生植物长期生活在风沙大、雨水少、强烈日照、冷热多变、营养物质缺乏的严酷气候下,其生命力非常顽强,本试验以砂生槐、花棒、毛条和沙冬青为试材进行了沙生植物种子的萌发试验。结果表明:在相同条件下,毛条、沙冬青、花棒和砂生槐的发芽率分别为73%、69%、54%和25%。25℃是四种种子萌发的最适合温度,起始高温处理对四种种子萌发无促进作用;但是冷处理都对他们的萌发有一定的促进作用。
