Boron alloy self-mouth anti-wear cast iron as a new type of anti-wear material has been widely used in power generation, mining and other equipment, and has shown its widely used in other industries prospects. As it is further widely used, there are some main problems in the machining process of machinable wear-resistant cast iron, such as machinability tool material and the choice of cutting dosage, which have drawn much attention from the gold cutters. In this paper, through the field test, optimize and determine the reasonable geometric parameters of the tool
