脾部分栓塞治疗肝硬化门脉高压症并脾功能亢进目前被认为是首选的方法,但术后有一定并发症,有些并发症是严重的,应受到重视。本文报告我院1990年6月～1997年12月对68例采用中药白芨粉注入脾动脉治疗肝硬化门脉高压症并脾功能亢进的并发症及处理。
Partial splenic embolization in cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension and hypersplenism is currently considered the preferred method, but some complications after surgery, and some complications are serious and should be taken seriously. This article reports from June 1990 to December 1997 in our hospital on 68 cases of Chinese medicine Baizhu powder injection of splenic artery in the treatment of cirrhosis and portal hypertension complications and treatment of hypersplenism.
