目的 探讨慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期内皮细胞功能紊乱与血液牛磺酸的关系。方法 测定 45例尿毒症患者血液中内皮素 (ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、血肌酐 (Scr)及牛磺酸浓度 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 尿毒症组患者ET 1,NO ,Scr明显升高 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而SOD、牛磺酸明显降低 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。牛磺酸与ET 1,NO呈负相关 ,与SOD呈正相关。结论 牛磺酸对尿毒症内皮细胞保护具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between endothelial dysfunction and blood taurine in uremic patients with chronic renal failure. Methods The levels of endothelin (ET 1), nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum creatinine (Scr) and taurine in 45 patients with uremia were measured and compared with those of the normal control group . Results The levels of ET 1, NO and Scr in patients with uremia were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the levels of SOD and taurine were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < P <0. 05). Taurine and ET 1, NO was negatively correlated with SOD was positively correlated. Conclusion Taurine is of great importance to the protection of uremic endothelial cells.
