目的观察针灸治疗手术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法对186例术后尿潴留且膀胱残余量大于50ml的患者随机分为针灸治疗结合夹闭尿管(治疗组93例),仅夹闭尿管(对照组93例)。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗尿潴留简单易行,损伤小,疗效高,费用低,值得研究推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on postoperative urinary retention. Methods A total of 186 patients with postoperative urinary retention and residual bladder volume greater than 50ml were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with clipping catheter (93 cases in the treatment group) and only the catheter (93 cases in the control group). Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of urinary retention simple and easy, less damage, high efficacy, low cost, it is worth to study and promote.
