思想政治课教师教学效能感是指担任思想政治课教学的教师对其教育价值,对自己做好教育教学工作与积极影响学生发展的教育能力的自我判断和信念。当前,思想政治课教师的教学效能感呈现出趋低的态势。这既与校内外教育环境有关,也与教师的学历、教龄、教学归因模式等因素有关。与其他课程相比,思想政治课教学目标、内容和教学过程的特殊复杂性,教育教学效果的长期性和反复性,也是思想政治课教师教学效能感趋低的重要原因。
The teaching efficacy of teachers in the ideological and political class refers to the self-judgment and belief of the teachers who serve as the teachers in the ideological and political teaching on their educational value, their own educational and teaching work, and the educational ability that positively affects students’ development. At present, the teaching efficacy of ideological and political teacher shows a trend of getting lower. This is not only related to the education environment inside and outside the school, but also with the teachers’ qualifications, teaching age and teaching attribution models. Compared with other courses, the special complexity of teaching objectives, contents and teaching process, the long-term and repetitive effects of teaching and learning are also the important reasons why teachers of ideological and political education tend to lower their efficacy.
