复方解热药制剂由于临床应用目的不同而制成多种不同成分的制剂。这类制剂常因其各成分之間、成分与賦形剂之間的相互干扰而不能直接采用一般单一成分解热药的测定法来測定其含量。如用离子交換法将几种成分分离,則可更好地进行各成分的测定。国內常見的解热药制剂(主要指片剂)其主要成分多为:苯巴比妥,非那西丁,氨基比林,咖啡因和安替比林等五种。我們将此五种成分混合并加入一定量賦形剂,然后以乙醇抽提,使主药与賦形药分离,过滤,滤液(A液)通过阴离子交換柱将酸性药物(苯巴比妥)吸留。流出液(B液)一部分通过阳离子交換柱使硷性药物
