目的探讨胃复安在小儿治疗中的应用,旨在减少胃复安使用的副反应发生率。材料与方法对我院儿科急诊治疗过程中出现的6例治疗量胃复安副反应患者进行回顾性分析。结果6例中其中4例表现强迫性张嘴、伸舌头、面具脸。2例阵发性呼吸急促、喘、口周发青。讨论胃复安是一种常用止吐剂,在基层医院应用较普遍,但治疗量也可出现严重副反应,应慎用。
Objective To study the application of metoclopramide in pediatric treatment, and to reduce the incidence of side effects of metoclopramide. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 6 cases of metformin side effects occurred in the course of pediatric emergency treatment in our hospital. Results Of the 6 cases, 4 showed compulsive mouth opening, tongue extension and mask face. 2 cases of paroxysmal shortness of breath, wheezing, mouth week blue. Discussion Metoclopramide is a commonly used antiemetic agent, which is commonly used in primary hospitals. However, serious side effects may also occur in the treatment volume, which should be used with caution.
