以6个低芥酸、低硫苷油菜品种及1个低芥酸油菜品种和4个常规的甘蓝型油菜品种为亲本.按5×6不完全双列杂交配制正反交39个组合.F1和亲本在两种硼肥水平下种植.以包括基因型×环境互作的AD模型与ADM模型分别估算了11个农艺性状的各项遗传方差分量和狭义遗传率.结果表明,采用ADM模型分析时,大多数性状受到母体效应的影响,而且这些性状的机误方差比率均有不同程度的下降.总体上看,各性状的遗传以基因型效应为主,并有程度不同的基因型与环境互作效应.这些性状受基因效应作用的类型相当复杂.此外,还比较了各性状各项狭义遗传率的大小.
Six low erucic acid, low glucosinolate varieties and one low erucic acid rape variety and four conventional varieties were used as parents. By 5 × 6 incomplete diallel cross prepared 39 combinations of reciprocal. F1 and parents were planted at two levels of boron fertilizer. Genetic variances and narrow heritability of 11 agronomic traits were estimated using AD model and ADM model including genotype × environment interaction. The results showed that most of the traits were affected by the maternal effect when using the ADM model analysis, and the machine error variance ratio of these traits decreased in varying degrees. In general, the genetic traits of each trait are dominated by genotype effects, with varying degrees of genotype-environment interactions. The nature of these traits by gene effect is quite complex. In addition, we also compared the narrow heritability of each trait.
