财务工作是工会工作的重要基础,依法依规严格财务管理,是工会财务工作健康发展的根本要求。各级工会要认真贯彻落实自治区总工会十届三次全委会精神,深入推进工会财务检查工作,针对去年开展的全区各级工会财务大检查、特别是自治区总工会对盟市旗县、产业工会进行检查所发现的问题要进行梳理,制定措施,认真整改,切实管好用好工会经费,进一步提高工会财务管理科学化、规范化水平。
Financial work is an important foundation for the work of the trade unions. To strictly manage the financial affairs according to laws and regulations is a fundamental requirement for the healthy development of the financial work of trade unions. The trade unions at all levels should conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Tenth Session of the Tibet Autonomous Region Trade Unions, deepen the financial inspection work of the trade unions, and conduct a large-scale financial inspection of trade unions at all levels throughout the region last year. In particular, The problems discovered by the trade unions should be sorted out, measures should be drafted, conscientious rectifications must be made, the expenses of trade unions must be properly managed, and the scientific and standardized financial management of trade unions should be further improved.
