董事会价值创造奖的设立,具有现实意义和深远的意义:一是引导资本市场乃至社会认识上市公司、上市公司董事会治理的本质性业绩;二是可以矫正目前的一些短视行为;三是可以为董事会治理提供新动能。内在价值是本,是市场价值的基础;市场价值是内在价值的外在的市场表现,是企业内在价值在交易时点的反映。因此,创造价值是上市公司的本质性业绩。价值创造奖就是创造价值者的肯定。
