目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对肠梗阻的诊断价值。方法:对53例肠梗阻患者的X线平片和MSCT表现进行分析,其中44例行手术治疗,9例行保守治疗。结果:X线平片和MSCT准确显示肠梗阻的病例分别为84.9%和100%。44例手术治疗患者中,38例手术结果与MSCT表现相符,包括:肠道肿瘤15例,粘连性肠梗阻15例,肠扭转4例,肠系膜血管栓塞2例,胆石性肠梗阻3例,粪石性肠梗阻2例,脐疝2例,回盲部憩室炎1例。结论:对肠梗阻的诊断MSCT明显优于X线平片,其对肠梗阻的程度、部位和梗阻原因判断和病变区血供情况的了解有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) for intestinal obstruction. Methods: The X-ray and MSCT findings of 53 patients with intestinal obstruction were analyzed. Among them, 44 patients underwent surgical treatment and 9 patients underwent conservative treatment. Results: The accuracy of X-ray and MSCT in detecting intestinal obstruction were 84.9% and 100% respectively. Of the 44 surgically treated patients, 38 had operative findings consistent with MSCT findings, including: 15 cases of intestinal tumors, 15 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction, 4 cases of intestinal torsion, 2 cases of mesenteric vascular embolism, 3 cases of gallstone ileus, Stone intestinal obstruction in 2 cases, umbilical hernia in 2 cases, ileocecal diverticulitis in 1 case. Conclusion: The diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is superior to X-ray in the diagnosis of MSCT. It is of great significance to understand the extent of intestinal obstruction, the location of obstruction and the reason of obstruction and the blood supply of diseased area.
