应用分子标记辅助选择技术 ,通过一次杂交 ,三次回交和一次自交 ,一年二代 ,经 3～ 4a时间获得 3418S近等基因系 ,接种鉴定抗白叶枯病水平达到IRBB2 1。
The 3418S near-isogenic lines were obtained from 3 to 4a after one hybrid, three backcrosses and one selfing in the second year of the year, and the resistance to bacterial blight inoculation was identified as IRBB2 1 by molecular marker-assisted selection.
