本文论述了柴油机全气缸采样系统执行机构同步性研究的重要意义;测量了影响电磁执行机构同步动作的延迟时间,并用数理统计方法检验了其分布规律,结果表明它服从正态概率分布。从理论上推导了控制信号有级调整时引起的执行机构同步误差极限,并计算了执行机构的同步概率,提出了提高同步概率的措施及今后的研究方向。
This paper discusses the significance of the research on the synchronism of the implementing agencies of the whole cylinder sampling system in diesel engine. The delay time that affects the synchronous action of the electromagnetic actuator is measured. The distribution law of the electromagnetic actuator is tested by mathematical statistics. The results show that it obeys the normal probability distribution. The limit of synchronization error caused by the step-by-step adjustment of the control signal is deduced theoretically. The synchronization probability of the actuator is calculated. The measures to improve the synchronization probability and the future research directions are proposed.
