INTRODUCTION It is well-known that the flexural load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete flexural members mainly depends on the strength of the longitudinal reinforcement and the reinforcement ratio, and the stirrups only play a structural role. According to the size of the longitudinal rib reinforcement μ_g, it can be divided into the under-reinforced beam, the appropriate-reinforced beam and the super-reinforced beam. The ratio of reinforcement at the boundary between the under-reinforced beam and the appropriate reinforcement beam is usually referred to as the minimum steel rate μ_(min). The ratio of the reinforcement between the proper reinforcement beam and the super-reinforcement beam is often referred to as the maximum ratio.
