实践基础上的理论创新是社会发展和变革的先导,也是一个政党永葆生机的源泉。解放思想,积极进行马克思主义理论创新,为不断开创的新事业提供适合时代潮流的有力的思想武器,是我党不懈的追求。邓小平同志的“四有”新人和胡锦涛同志的“四个新一代”都是在马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论的继承与发展的基础上形成的社会主义初级阶段的青年人才观。两种思想内在有着不可分割的继承与发展的关系。但由于两种思想是在不同的时代背景下提出的,因此又显出各自的时代差异性,体现出马克思主义理论不断创新的精神。
The theoretical innovation based on practice is the precursor to social development and change and also the source for a political party to maintain its vitality forever. It is our party’s unremitting pursuit to emancipate the mind, actively carry out the innovation of Marxist theory and provide a powerful ideological weapon suited to the new trend of opening up so as to be in keeping with the trend of the times. Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s “new four generations” and “four new generations” of Comrade Hu Jintao are all young people’s concepts of talent at the initial stage of socialism based on Marxism’s inheritance and development of the theory of man’s all-round development . There is an inalienable relationship between inheritance and development in the two kinds of inner thoughts. However, since the two kinds of thinking were put forward in different times, they also showed their own differences in the times and embodied the spirit of continuous innovation in Marxist theory.
