船体平面分段的平板构件,是由多塊平板拼合后焊接成的。平板构件的双面自动焊,我厂以往只用于5毫米厚以上的鋼板。对4毫米厚的鋼板均采用手焊封底的單面自动焊,因为用双面自动焊經常产生烧穿、气孔、焊芯歪等現象,焊缝返工率达70~80%。近几个来,采取了一些措施,取得了良好的效果,焊缝返工率降到3~4%。現将采取的措施介紹如下,供大家参考。 1.采用和改装-500型自动焊机:以往焊薄板用TC-17型自动焊机,用这种焊机有些缺点,机头不能
