作者对注射间位碘代苄胍(MIBG)后闪烁显象呈假阴性的嗜铬细胞瘤病人,注射2-[fluorine-18]-fhuoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose(FDG)后行正电子发射体层照相(PET),并对其病灶定位的可能性进行了探讨。2例MIBG定位检查阴性的嗜铬细胞瘤病人注射FDG后行PET检查。检查过程包括50分钟动态显象及连续的局部躯干显象。1例病史21年,未能探出肿瘤,PET显示肿瘤位于纵隔中间。另1例,PET显示肿瘤位于右肾上腺。手术证实PET对肿瘤定位正确,术后病人症状消除。 作者认为,注射FDG后行PET检查有利于紧
The authors injected fluorochrome-18-fhuoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose (FDG) in patients with pheochromocytoma with false negative scintigraphy after MIBG injection. Electron emission tomography (PET) and the possibility of locating lesions were explored. Twenty-two patients with pheochromocytoma who were negative for MIBG were examined by PET after FDG injection. The examination process included 50 minutes of dynamic imaging and continuous local torso imaging. In 1 case with a history of 21 years, no tumor was detected. PET showed that the tumor was in the middle of the mediastinum. In another case, PET showed that the tumor was located in the right adrenal gland. The surgery confirmed that PET was correctly positioned on the tumor and the patient’s symptoms were eliminated after surgery. The author believes that PET examination after injection of FDG is beneficial
