随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,建筑工程项目也逐渐增多起来,而由于人们生活水平的逐步提高,对于建筑工程质量要求也愈加的严格,因此,建筑施工单位只有加强对施工质量的管理,才能更好地满足社会中日益增长的需求,也才能够为企业创造更高的经济效益。本文从建筑工程施工质量管理的影响因素着手,探究管理的有效举措。
