开架借阅是图书馆顺应时代需要而发展的必然产物,同时也是“以人为本”理念在图书馆读者服务工作中的具体实践。开放式的借阅模式虽然提高了文献资源的利用率方便了读者,同时也给书库管理带来了新的问题,图书乱架、破损、丢失概率明显增加,这成了图书馆开架借阅管理中的一大难题,如不及时预防加以严格的控制和管理,将会严重影响图书馆服务质量及服务效率,影响其持续稳定发展。本文围绕如何避免图书馆乱架毁书现象提出几点对策。
Open-shelf lending is an inevitable outcome of the development of the library in response to the needs of the times. It is also a concrete practice of the “people-oriented” concept in library reader service. Although the open lending mode improves the utilization rate of the document resources and facilitates the readers, it also brings new problems to the bookstore management. The probability of the books being framed, damaged and lost is obviously increased. A major challenge, if not strictly controlled and managed in a timely manner, will seriously affect the service quality and service efficiency of libraries and will affect their sustained and steady development. This article focuses on how to avoid the phenomenon of chaos and destruction of books in libraries to put forward some countermeasures.
