垂体前叶功能减退行低血糖兴奋试验19例,检测身高、体重、BMI、血压、血糖、血脂、尿酸、血钾、血钠、甲功、动态皮质醇、ACTH、心电图。对比分析患者低血糖发作前及低血糖发生时QT间期,QTc的变化。结果:垂体前叶功能减退患者低血糖发生前后QT间期(393.8±27.93 vs 396.2±35.93)无统计学差异,QTc(420.0±26.48 vs 443.7±38.36,P=0.0059)有统计学差异。结论:垂体前叶功能减退患者低血糖时QTc明显延迟,提示垂体前叶功能减退患者低血糖时的心血管事件,可能与缺乏糖皮质激素对心脏的调节作用有关。
Hypoglycemia test was performed in 19 patients with hypopituitarism. The height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid, serum potassium, serum sodium, thyroid, dynamic cortisol, ACTH and electrocardiogram were detected. The changes of QTc in QT interval before hypoglycaemia and hypoglycemia were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in QT interval (393.8 ± 27.93 vs 396.2 ± 35.93) before and after hypoglycemia in patients with hypothyroidism before and after hypophysectomy. QTc (420.0 ± 26.48 vs 443.7 ± 38.36, P = 0.0059) had statistical significance. Conclusions: QTc was significantly delayed in hypoglycemia in patients with hypothyroidism before hypothyroidism, suggesting that cardiovascular events during hypoglycemia in hypothyroid patients may be related to the lack of glucocorticoid regulation of the heart.
