目的:探讨脑梗死患者的一氧化氮( N O)、兴奋性氨基酸( E A A)与内皮素( E T)的含量变化及其相互关系。方法:应用分光光度法、高效液相色谱法及放射免疫分析法同步测定38 例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者急性期、恢复期血浆 N O、 E A A、 E T的含量。并与 30 例正常对照组相比较。结果:脑梗死急性期患者血浆 N O 含量显著高于恢复期患者及正常对照组, P 均< 001;血浆谷氨酸( Glu)、门冬氨酸( Asp)、 E T 含量显著高于恢复期患者及正常对照组, P 均< 001;病情重者血浆 N O 含量显著低于病情轻者,而 Glu、 Asp、 E T 含量显著高于病情轻者, P 均< 001。脑梗死后血浆 N O 含量即开始降低,至病后3 日达最低,遂后随时间的延长, N O含量逐渐升高。急性期患者血浆 N O 含量与 Glu 含量呈显著负相关(r= - 0486 5, P< 001), N O 与 E T 亦呈显著负相关(r= - 0387 8, P< 001),而与 Asp 含量无相关关系(r= - 0126 5, P> 005),恢复期患者血浆 N O 含量与 Glu、 Asp、 E T均无相关关系。结论: N O 参与了脑梗死后脑缺血、脑水?
Objective: To investigate the changes of nitric oxide (N O), excitatory amino acids (E A A) and endothelin (E T) in patients with cerebral infarction and their correlations. Methods: The plasma levels of N O, E A A and E T in 38 patients with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction were measured synchronously by spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography and radioimmunoassay. And compared with 30 normal control group. Results: The plasma NO level in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in patients with convalescence and normal control (P <0.01), and the levels of Glu, Asp and E T were significantly higher In convalescent patients and normal control group, P <001; in severe cases, plasma NO level was significantly lower than those in mild condition, while Glu, Asp and E T contents were significantly higher than those in mild condition (P <00) 01. Plasma N O levels began to decrease after cerebral infarction, reaching the lowest on the 3rd day after the illness, and then gradually increased with the passage of time. There was a significant negative correlation between NO level and Glu content in patients with acute phase (r = - 0.486 5, P <001), N O and E T also showed a significant negative correlation (r = -0.3387, P <001), but no correlation with Asp content (r = - 0126 5, P> 005). There was no correlation between plasma NO level and Glu, Asp, E T in convalescent patients. Conclusion: N O is involved in cerebral ischemia and cerebral water after cerebral infarction.
