目的 :确定瞬态诱发耳声发射 ( TEOAE)频域分析的应用价值。方法 :对正常耳、噪声暴露耳、梅尼埃病耳、中耳病变耳及对侧抑制耳 ,进行 TEOAE频域测试。结果 :1噪声暴露耳 ,一些频率带的频带信噪比降低 ,主频出现移动变化 ;2梅尼埃病耳 ,甘油摄入后 ,频带信噪比增高 ,未引出 TEOAE的部分耳出现 TEOAE,主频也有移动变化 ;3中耳病变耳 ,不同的鼓室病变耳的频带信噪比降低 ,程度各异 ,其变化与声导纳改变有关。另外 ,鼓膜虽有轻微变化 ,但声导抗值正常之耳 ,也低于正常。 4对侧抑制耳 ,1k Hz及 2 k Hz的频带信噪比降低。结论 :TEOAE测试的频域分析 ,是一种敏感参数 ,且有一定的频率特异性 ,有助于对外毛细胞功能障碍的进一步了解及临床鉴别诊断
Objective: To determine the value of the frequency-domain analysis of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE). Methods: The TEOAE frequency domain test was performed on normal ears, exposed ears, Meniere’s ear, middle ear lesion and contralateral ear. The results showed that: 1 noise exposed ear, some bands frequency band signal to noise ratio decreased, the main frequency of mobile changes; 2 Meniere’s ear, glycerol intake, the band signal to noise ratio increased, TEOAE did not lead TEOAE part of the ear, The frequency also has mobile changes; 3 middle ear lesions ears, different tympanic ears ear band signal-to-noise ratio decreased in varying degrees, the changes associated with changes in acoustic admittance. In addition, although slight changes in the tympanic membrane, but the normal acoustic impedance of the ear, but also lower than normal. 4 contralateral suppression of ear, 1k Hz and 2k Hz band signal to noise ratio decreased. CONCLUSIONS: The frequency domain analysis of the TEOAE test is a sensitive parameter with a certain frequency specificity that is useful for further understanding of foreign hair cell dysfunction and for differential diagnosis
