湛江石门大桥上部构造设计采用预应力简支梁式桥,梁长32.70米,采用后张法施加预应力,设计要求混凝土强度达到400~#,才能进行张拉工作。为了提高混凝土的早期强度,增加模板周转,加快桥梁施工进度,我们采用湛江农药厂生产的高效能减水剂FDN,收到了良好效果。现将使用 FDN 配制混凝土的认识和体会列举如下:1.减水。FDN 由于扩散力强,减水率可达20%。2.节约水泥。未掺 FDN 前,每立方混
The upper part of Zhanjiang Shimen Bridge is constructed of prestressed simply supported beam bridge with beam length of 32.70 meters and pretensioned by post-tensioning method. The design requires concrete strength of 400 ~ # in order to carry out the tensioning work. In order to improve the early strength of concrete, increase the turnover of formwork and speed up the progress of bridge construction, we have adopted FDN, an efficient water-reducing agent produced by Zhanjiang Pesticide Factory, and received good results.
