In recent years, a new cross-section fluctuation structure has been found in the measurement of the heavy ion dissipative collision excitation function. A series of experiments have shown that for the lighter nuclear reaction system of mass A_1 + A_2 (?) 100, A phenomenon is universal, and theoreticians have also developed several models with great interest to explain and fit some of the experimental results.
