供电系统继电保护正确与否,直接关系到高炉生产正常运行。1989年我们曾发现日方设计1号高炉3kV接地系统继电保护存在隐患,上、下级接地继电保护绘出的协调曲线互不配合,严重失调。当时,在设备部电试中心大力协助下,根据我们的意见进行了修改。更换了12只接地继电器,修改了48只接地继电器整定值,消除了设计隐患,确保1号高炉的安全运行。
Proper power supply system protection or not, is directly related to the normal operation of blast furnace production. In 1989, we found that there was a hidden danger in the relay protection of the 3kV grounding system designed by the Japanese side on the No. 1 blast furnace. The coordination curves drawn by the relay protection at the upper and lower levels did not match each other and were seriously unbalanced. At that time, with the help of the equipment testing center, we revised it according to our opinion. Replaced 12 grounding relays, modified 48 grounding relay settings, eliminating the design problems, to ensure the safe operation of No. 1 blast furnace.
