不同维耦合数值模拟对带冠涡轮的设计评估具有重要意义,能够兼顾计算效率和计算精度进而缩短工程设计周期。本文建立了考虑质量、动量、能量等关键特征且能够预测泄漏流的二维分布特征的叶冠流动低维模型,并对进口腔流动进行了针对模化。基于该模型开展了带冠涡轮多维耦合计算研究,对提出的模型和方法进行了校验。结果表明发展的叶冠模型及在其基础上的多维耦合计算方法能够对带冠涡轮流场和性能进行合理的预测。
Different dimension coupling numerical simulation is of great significance to the design evaluation of a crown-covered turbine, which can take into account the computational efficiency and calculation accuracy and thus shorten the engineering design cycle. In this paper, a low-dimensional model of leaf-tip flow with key features such as mass, momentum and energy, which can predict the two-dimensional distribution of leakage flow, is established and the flow of inlet cavity is modeled. Based on this model, multi-dimensional coupling calculation of the turbine with a crown is carried out and the proposed model and method are verified. The results show that the developed canopy model and the multidimensional coupling calculation method based on it can predict the flow field and performance of the capped turbine reasonably.
